Ginger biscuits (gluten free + vegan)

Ingredients
- 100g gluten free plain flour
- 1/4 tsp xanthan gum
- 50g vegan margarine
- 25g caster sugar
- 2 level tbsp golden syrup
- 1 level tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 1 level tsp ground ginger
Equipment
- Baking tray
- Weighing scales
- Table spoon
- Teaspoon
- Mixing bowl
- Sieve
- Saucepan
- Wooden spoon
Method
- Preheat the oven to 190c or gas mark 5
- Grease and line a baking tray.
- Sieve all the dry ingredients into a mixing bowl.
- Heat the maragaine, sugar and syrup over a low heat until melted.
- Cool slightly and add to the dry ingredients.
- Spoon out the mixture onto the baking tray.
- Bake for 10 minutes
- Allow to cool on tray before removing.
