Blackberry Vodka (gluten free)
This year we had a glut of blackberries. I had bake pies and cooked crumbles and still had some left. I often make the hubby a flavored vodka for Christmas and decided these would be a good candidate for a new version. The final blackberry vodka is delicious and if you want to have a go at making your own just follow my simple recipe.

Is it Vegan?
This recipe is suitable for people following a gluten free diet and vegans.
Do I need any specialist equipment?
I would recommend you use a kilner jar as they seal well and you don’t want to spoil the fruit whilst it matures. Plus a jelly bag makes straining it a lot easier but you could always substitute a tea towel in a sieve.
