  • 1 tin of chickpeas, drained
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp Savannah Gold
  1. Pat dry the chickpeas in a tea towel and allow to dry out for an hour.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200c
  3. Line a baking tray with baking paper
  4. Spread the chickpeas out in a single layer and bake for around 30 minutes, tossing them every ten minutes.
  5. Whilst they are cooking, mix the honey, olive oil and Savannah Gold.
  6. Take the chickpeas out, coat in the honey and Savannah Gold and return to the oven for 5 minutes.
  7. Then turn the oven off and allow the chickpeas to cool in the oven.
